Report an error or ask a question

Email facts@personal-trainer-exams.com. The fastest way to get a fact fixed is to tell us the page, the number, and where the certifier says otherwise.

Report a wrong fact

Write to facts@personal-trainer-exams.com with:

  1. The page address, for example /nasm-cpt/exam-info/.
  2. The fact as it appears on the page.
  3. A link to the certifier's handbook, fee page or FAQ that says otherwise, with the page number if it's a PDF.

We check it against the certifier's document, fix the fact on every page that uses it and update the checked date.

A practice question looks wrong

Send the exam, the first words of the question, the option you think is right and why. A reviewer re-checks the key against the certifier's published material. If we got it wrong, we fix the key and the explanation of every option, not just the correct one.

What we can't help with

We're not a certifier, so we can't book or move exam dates, issue certificates, process refunds or answer account questions. For those, contact the certifier directly through its own website.
